BOOKING FLEXIBILITY – If you need to change your booking dates or apartment type once you have made your booking, we are happy to amend your booking at no cost (subject to availability). Should you need to cancel your booking we charge no cancellation fee for any bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival. Bookings cancelled within the 14 day period will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation.
EARLY CHECK-IN – Check in time is 2.00pm. If you are arriving early we will prioritize your booking and aim to have the room ready at our earliest convenience. If ready on arrival we are happy to provide early check in, otherwise store luggage to such time. For check-in prior to this time, to guarantee an early check-in, you will need to book from the night before and contact reception prior for after hours keysafe details.
